Semantic Browser Instrument

Observe an admitted page, dissect its rendered structure, resolve stable semantic targets, and preserve the evidence without replacing Reframe’s source authority.

Semantic Browser instrument showing an admitted source entering observation and producing Source View, MIDI2 Monitor, and FountainStore projections

What the instrument does

The instrument observes an admitted URL or preview host, captures a structured page snapshot, produces source-addressed semantic blocks, resolves a requested target, and returns a typed lifecycle event. Reframe owns mediation, source identity, host focus, AX, and FountainStore persistence.

Projections, not second authorities

WebKit / Source View

Shows the rendered page when admitted. Native Markdown/Fountain Source View remains authoritative.

MIDI2 Monitor

Mirrors the typed lifecycle and instrument event stream for inspection.

FountainStore

Persists snapshot, dissection, resolution, and terminal receipt evidence.

Evidence boundary

Implemented code, package resolution, and scenario validation are established. A complete Reframe live acceptance bundle—same-run AX, MIDI2, FountainStore, and CoreGraphics window-ID evidence—is not yet established. This catalog entry does not claim certification, independent security review, or a released build.
